This treatment focusses exclusively on the back, neck and shoulder areas and is ideal for a first time treatment. Using various Swedish massage techniques to stretch and manipulate the muscles and breakdown tension. This massage can be relaxing or more invigorating, dependent on client need.

These massages are purely client led and are designed to work on specific areas, identifed from initial consultation or previous treatments. They can be used to support pre or post sports workouts, aid recovery from poor health by focussing on lymphatic drainage and improving overall health and well being.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment
Lymphatic Drainage is a specialist treatment that is performed by using light rhythmic strokes, encouraging the lymph towards the lymph nodes. It is useful in reducing fluid retention and fighting cellulite, combatting fatigue, reducing post operative scarring and boosting the immune system. Those who lead a sedentary lifestyle or have limited mobility, will find this treatment is very useful.
Due to it's light pressure, this treatment is soothing and  particularly relaxing.
